Description

The octopus is one of the most intelligent animals (certainly the most intelligent invertebrate) on our planet. I have liked them a lot since I went to school to get my bachelor's degree in Marine Biology. There are more than 300 species around. They are mollusks related to snails, squids, and other very special marine organisms such as nudibranchs. The Crystal Octopus is almost transparent, hence the name. They have 8 tentacles that are equipped with so many nerves that specialists believe that they “think” with them as well. They also have very sophisticated eyes and a big brain. This is a big painting!
