The very first time I painted a whole tree, I was not happy at all. Then I left the painting hanging in my studio before it dried, and the next day I saw the result. Pure serendipity. So I decided to finish it, and from then on, I dedicated a lot of time to doing many other paintings using variations of the dripping technique.
